At ETHICS POS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our POS systems and related products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and resalable condition.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Software licenses or activated products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized service.
Return Process
  1. Initiate Return: Contact our support team at sales@ethicspos.io / +91 9274686275 with your order number, reason for return, and product details.
  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for return.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund or replacement IF applicable. This may take 7–10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement or initiate a full refund after verification.
Exceptions
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, simply reach out to us using the contact information below, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
  • Please note: All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
When Returns Aren’t Possible
  • Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.
  • The product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
  • Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered, removed, or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the original package, including price tags, labels, packaging materials, freebies, or accessories?
